Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. If there is any delay in processing, we will notify you through email or phone.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We ship orders both locally (within Pakistan) and internationally (including Japan and other countries).

Local Orders (Pakistan): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, customs delays, or courier service issues.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
For international orders, additional customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages
